If you take the GR34 hiking trail, known as the 'sentier des douaniers' (Customs Officers' Path), that runs along the coast towards the Guilben Point, you will come across a long tongue of earth and boulders that projects out to the sea, where at low tide you can make out the vast stretches of sand going all the way out to Plouézec Point.
